Great trail, highly recommend going counterclockwise. Very few people. The climb to cathedral rock is not included in this 7.5mile loop. Climbing it adds about another mile RT and 500 ft climb. With taking a lunch break, climbing to cathedral rock, and lots of picture stops, the 8.6 miles took 4.5 hours.
