Boxing Bootcamp is a style of workout that combines strength, cardio, bag work and mitts with a trainer. Every 60 minute class is led by Megan Moreland (owner of Mpire Personal training), an experienced Boxing Bootcamp Instructor and Personal Trainer. This class is designed for all abilities levels.
