Cemu botw 60 fps

The game runs great at 60 FPS with very smooth game play. There's only one problem. The actual speed of the game is literally slowed down. Link and everything else that moves moves at like 60% of normal speed, but music and navigating menus are completely fine. When I turn off the 60 FPS mod there is no issues, but the framerate is lower.
