CommonHealth is an initiative from The Commons Project that allows users to collect, store, and share their personal health information on their personal mobile devices safely and securely. CommonHealth was developed in collaboration with UCSF, Cornell Tech, and Sage Bionetworks with broad participation from all corners of the healthcare ecosystem.
