Genos steaks. 18 years ago. Save. pat's and Geno's are both very good cheesesteaks. My personal favorite is Pat's. I choose Pat's mainly because their cheesesteak is more gooey and cheesy than geno's. I feel that if a cheesesteak is too dry it's no good. The meat is never tough or stringy and the rolls are always fresh.
