There's mul-naengmyeon (Korean buckwheat noodles in a chilled broth) and its sister, bibim naengmyeon (buckwheat noodles with spicy sauce). There's also bibim guksu, which is a term I use interchangeably with bibimmyeon. "Guksu" refers to wheat noodles, which are what I prefer to use in this recipe as well.
