Shellenberger promises much on the cover of his book. Not being an American, I approached this book as a neutral observer with a curiosity as to how ‘Progressives’ might ruin cities. Given that ‘progressive’ politicians are quite diverse, it is disappointing that Shellenberger does not define who he meant when he refers to ‘Progressives’.
