Totto Ramen's specialty of chicken ramen might sound mild, but their chicken broth is as rich and creamy as the best pork broth. Totto offers a superb chicken-based broth and wavy noodles. Get it in the spicy version for some of the spicy rayu. First time here and it was the perfect place for a chilly day in NY.

I remembered totto ramen being better than it was. The broth was good but not particularly great, and I didn't like the noodles that much. There are so many other ramen places in NY - go elsewhere!
