Weird books. I recommend his books to almost nobody because his style of writing is very hard to get used to. Only Forward by Michael Marshall Smith also gets a mention for one of the most thoroughly weird and highly enjoyable books I've ever read. It's been over a decade since I read it, and I still think of moments from that book on a regular basis.
